The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) selected Haines Borough to receive a
$20,000,000 award under the Fiscal Year 2021 Rebuilding Infrastructure with Sustainability
and Equity (RAISE) Grant Program for the replacement of their aging Lutak Dock. The grant
is administered by the Maritime Administration (MARAD).
