CCF Agreement Template
Following application approval, MARAD drafts the CCF Agreement and provides it to the Applicant for countersignature. This agreement lists the eligible vessels and annual reporting requirements. Any changes or amendments to the executed CCF Agreement requires MARAD’s written approval.
