Brooklyn Tucker, Director of Governmental and Legislative Affairs
Brooklyn Tucker serves as the Director of Governmental and Legislative Affairs at the Maritime Administration (MARAD). As a member of the senior leadership team, she leads the agency’s congressional engagement and legislative strategy efforts.
Before joining MARAD, she served as a Professional Staff Member on the House Committee on Homeland Security, where she focused on transportation and maritime issues. Prior to that, Ms. Tucker worked as a Policy Analyst for the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security and as a Staff Assistant in the office of Congressman Ken Calvert.
Brooklyn holds a Master of International Policy and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Georgia.
