"How to Apply for a FY24 PIDP Grant" webinar:
This webinar was held on March 14, 2024. It reviewed the FY 2024 NOFO and provided tips for PIDP applicants on preparing an effective application. The webcast included a Q&A session after the presentation for viewers to pose questions.
“Preparing a Benefit-Cost Analysis for a Large Project” webinar:
This webinar was held on Monday, March 18, 2024. It focused on the Department of Transportation’s Benefit Cost Analysis Guidance and how to prepare a BCA analysis. The webcast included a Q&A session after the presentation for viewers to pose questions.

"Economic Vitality: Small Projects at Small Ports" webinar:
This webinar was held on Thursday, March 28, 2024. It informed potential grant applicants, specifically small project applicants, on how an economic vitality analysis under the FY24 Port Infrastructure Development Program will be conducted. The webcast provided an overview of the 2024 economic vitality criteria. The webcast included a Q&A session after the presentation for viewers to pose questions.
"Project Readiness" webinar:
This webinar was held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. It covered the process MARAD (and a successful grant applicant) must complete before any construction-related activity may take place on a project that is selected for Federal funding. It will also discuss steps an applicant can take to improve its readiness to deliver a successful project. The webcast will include a Q&A session after the presentation for viewers to pose questions.
"An Overview of Complementary Funding Opportunities – EPA's Clean Ports Program and MARAD's PIDP" webinar:
This webinar will be held on April 11th from 2:00- 3:00 PM EDT. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and MARAD will host a joint webinar to discuss recently released federal funding opportunities – the EPA’s Clean Ports Program Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) and MARAD’s Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) NOFO.
Please join us virtually to learn about the two programs’ NOFOs, including eligibility, application details, and evaluation criteria.
